| SAFE-O-MAT Overview
SAFE-O-MAT® is a mechanical coin-lock designed specifically
for high-traffic lockers in leisure centres, hotels, gyms, universities
and other public access facilities where secure locker storage
is required.
A choice of models is available including:
- A simple cam-lock deposit lock, comprising a cylinder
and key
- A deposit lock with multi-coin facility
- A membership card lock
- A twin-coin lock allowing the deposit to be retained
Features include the Promax cylinder which ensures the locker
cannot be opened and re-locked undetected. If a member of
staff opens the locker it can only be done with the Promax
control key which extracts the cylinder, ensuring staff integrity
is maintained.
Cylinders are easily replaced in the event of a lost key
and can only be installed by another authorised member of
staff.
Coins, tokens or membership cards can be used, with the latest
twin-coin lock offering the opportunity to profit from the
use of lockers through a retainable deposit.
